What data we collect

This website has no forms or user accounts and does not collect personal data while you browse. We will only process your data if you decide to contact us by phone or email: in that case, the data you provide (name, contact details and the content of your enquiry).

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, maintain the commercial or professional relationship that arises from it. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling your request.

For how long

For as long as it takes to handle your enquiry or the relationship arising from it, and afterwards for the periods required by law to deal with any liabilities.

Who they are shared with

We do not share data with third parties, except where required by law. If your enquiry concerns one of the group’s brands, Patrimoniae or Avalon Medic, we will pass it on so they can assist you, always within Avalon Group XXI, S.L.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mireia@avalongroup.es, stating the right you are exercising and attaching a document proving your identity. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, either our own or third-party, and no analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no information is sent to third parties while you browse. The hosting provider keeps technical access logs (such as IP addresses) for security reasons and for a limited time.
